Occasionally, a colour, size, package, or small detail may look a little different on your screen than in person. If something isn’t what you expected, tell us — we’ll do our best to make it right.

When you place an order, you’re asking us to prepare and send those items. We’ll confirm as soon as we can. In rare cases we may need to decline or adjust an order — for example if something sells out, details are incomplete, or a price was listed incorrectly.

Please share a correct name, phone number, and delivery address so your parcel reaches you smoothly. We’ll keep you updated as your order moves from confirmed to dispatched to delivered.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges (if any) are shown before you confirm your order, unless shipping is free.

You can pay using the methods offered at checkout, including cash on delivery where available. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives.

• If we find a clear pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before going ahead.
• Stock can change quickly — we’ll notify you if an item becomes unavailable.

We aim to deliver promptly, though timing can vary by city, courier schedule, or unexpected delays. Estimated times are a guide, not a guarantee.

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel. It’s helpful to check the package when it arrives and let us know quickly if anything looks damaged or incomplete.

Need to cancel? Contact us before your order is dispatched and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s on the way, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Eligible returns and exchanges are welcome when items are unused, in original condition, and within our stated timeframe — unless the product is faulty or not as described.

A few items may not be returnable for hygiene, safety, or custom reasons. Our support team will confirm what’s possible for your order.

Please use our website respectfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt the store, access private areas, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Our logos, product photos, and page content belong to us or our partners and are here for your shopping experience.

We’ll always try to serve you well. Like most stores, Bazarhub can’t be responsible for every delay, courier issue, or event outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you’re entitled to under consumer protection laws.
